Operations Enhancement Analysts [Systems] (Jr.)Duties: Research and analyze business operations for enhanced work flow; Understand business needs to design and develop business operations software; Optimize business processes and resolve issues such as queuing/order of priorities; batch processing, etc.; Develop related business operations software or solutions for 2 or more Industries in at least 2 or more [Programming Languages or ERP/CRM Applications], 2 or more Databases and 1 or more Programming Tools/IDEs (CM/SCM; Build Tools; Editors; Parsing; Datawarehousing ETL; Data Modeling & Reporting Tools), Processes/Methodologies, Web Servers, Web Services, Platforms, Testing Tools, and GUI Toolkits. Work involves travel/relocation to client sites.
Requirements: Applicants need to have a B.S./B.A (Or Foreign Equiv.) in [Computer Science / Mathematics / Engineering / Technology] or any Related Field / Business Administration / Related Field (Accounting [Commerce] / Finance) or Science and 9 months experience in Job Offered.
**Employer also accepts suitable combination of education, experience and/or training equivalent to a Bachelor''s. In this context, Employer routinely accepts 3 years of professional experience for each year of coursework at the Bachelor’s level in the specialty/major.**
