Operations Enhancement Analyst [Systems] (Jr.)Duties: Research, analyze and define business problems for operational enhancement of business workflow / processes / systems; Optimize business processes and resolve business bottle necks / inefficiencies such as queuing / order of priorities / batch processing through mathematical analysis / expression and redesign of systems/applications (front end / back end / middle layer) redesign, GUI redesign/modifications using computers and related tools; Develop reports to interpret information that enables businesses with better decision making and policy formulation; Develop related business operations software or solutions for 2 or more Industries in at least 2 or more [Programming Languages or ERP / CRM Applications], 2 or more Databases and 1 or more Programming Tools/IDEs (CM / SCM; Build Tools; Editors; Parsing; Datawarehousing ETL; Data Modeling & Reporting Tools), Processes / Methodologies, Web Servers, Web Services, Platforms, Testing Tools, and GUI Toolkits. Work involves travel / relocation to client sites.
Requirements:Applicants need to have 2 years of experience in the job offered.

Requirements:Applicants need to have a B.S./B.A (Or Foreign Equiv.) in [Computer Science / Mathematics / Engineering / Technology] or any Related Field / Business Administration / Related Field (Accounting [Commerce] / Finance) or Science and 5 years progressive post Baccalaureate experience in Operations Research/MIS/IT including, at least 2 years of experience in the Job Offered.
